- BulletProof Hitches are manufactured to a very tight tolerance of +/- .010 of an inch. Unfortunately, hitch receivers cannot always live up to these standards. Tolerances can vary as much as .100 of an inch and could cause some unwanted movement or rattle in the hitch
- To solve this, we have developed the 2.5" BulletProof Anti-Rattle Clamp. It allows you to tighten the hitch to the receiver and eliminate all movement. Our Anti-Rattle clamp is made from 1/2" thick pressed break steel and features our signature black, textured powder coat
- Installation is simple - just slide the hitch through the clamp, insert the hitch into the receiver, tighten the bolt and then tighten the jam nut with a wrench to eliminate movement inside the receiver

- The Extreme Duty 3.0" BulletProof Receiver Shackle solves that problem by using a solid steel shank with a 1-1/4" Shackle, that allows you to attach a rope, strap, or chain to your vehicle
- This shackle features four different pin holes that allow the user to set the shackle in the direction they need to
- The design allows it to be of use in both horizontal and vertical orientations that can be useful in extended or recessed positions. For vehicles with stock bumpers, this allows more of the shank to fit in the receiver opening
- For vehicles with aftermarket bumpers, where the shackle must protrude from the receiver to physically work with your bumper, the additional pin hole towards the end of the shank gives you another 1-1/2" of extension
- Note: The weight capacity remains the same with any of the pin holes, in any orientation
