Reviews: Toyo Open Country A/T III Tires

Coming from a Nitto Terra Grappler G2, I had high expectations but was hesitant knowing Toyo/Nitto are made in the same plant/same line. I so far after 5000 miles have been pleasantly surprised by how good these are. Put them on the day before a 10-12" snow storm in NJ, commute is 70 miles one way, was in 2wd most of the way (until the 3ft snow drifts) at the height of the storm. 10x better than the nittos in the rain/wet, handling in dry/wet/gravel/dirt/mud/snow is much improved over the nitto tg g2's, and there is no queasy feeling when towing. These are quiet (for the style) tires that I am so far very happy with. As long as they stay good throughout their life i will be purchasing again.

Great Tires! These tires were placed on a Subaru Outback. The best way I know to describe them is . . . road adherence. Not that the other tires on the vehicle weren't adequate, it's just that the performance of the Toyo Open Country A/T III Tires are altogether different. Yielding to a 'tighter drive' if you will.

Great, all around tire. Quiet, great in ice, plenty aggressive. C rating is great for Jeep What more could you want.

So far it's great, installed on 2018 RAV4. Like the treads, looks durable for off road and snow. Good looking tire. 4Wheel Parts easy to work with.

Put these on 2015 GMC 2500 leveled, no lift, do not scrub a bit. Smooth ride

So far so good. These run super smooth on my Ram 3500. I replaced a set of worn/choppy BFG muds. I havnt ran them off-road yet, but the tread is surprisingly aggressive so I’m sure they’ll do fine.

All-round great balance of off road, winter/snow and then road. Very slightly increased road noise but nothing annoying. I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical of these tires until I saw some in person. After looking for a while 4WheelParts had them cheaper than anyone and shipping was fast. They look much better installed than the stock photos lead on and they ride really well.

Solid, quiet, and look mean! These tires went on a 2019 4Runner with a 3in lift and I love my car even more now!

So far they’ve held up through everything and more I’ve put them through. Still early but I think they’re a solid solid tire option at a great price.

Have had these for a month now on my JL Wrangler. Love these! Road manners are awesome and quiet. Great wet traction. Much better than my previous BFG KO2s. Have done some light off-roading and they have been great.
